Lilly was the first and only white boxer I’ve had. Contrary to popular belief White boxers are not albino. Neither are they necessarily deaf or blind.
Of course they don’t meet the breed standards but obviously the people that decide these things don’t know a boxer when they see one.
Unfortunately lilly passed on in June 2003. Which was a massive, hugely unexpected blow. Given she was only nearly four years old.
She’s left in her wake a lot of memories of fun and naughtiness. Perhaps the only dog I knew who could walk on two legs. Who blew bubbles under water.
She liked nothing better than a cuddle. No one misses her more than Jason her surrogate dad.
